When and why was the last time you visited a dentist?
If you have x-rays taken during this visit, please bring them with you. If you have any systemic diseases (such as heart, blood pressure, goiter, sugar) and regular medications (such as aspirin), you must inform us. Keep the names and telephone numbers of your doctors dealing with these diseases with you.
If you have special circumstances (such as pregnancy, etc.) please let us know.
If you have a toothache:
When did the pain occur and how long did it last?
Which external factors (cold, hot, sweet, pressure) cause the pain to reappear?
Did you have swelling on your face?
Have you taken any medication? Are you getting? Please write the names of the drugs and inform us.
What are your expectations from us? If you have special requests for aesthetic purposes, please write them on a piece of paper and let us know.
Appointment information We know that everyone’s time is valuable. For this reason, we serve by appointment. Arriving 5-10 minutes prior to the appointment given to you will help us to avoid any interruptions in the schedule of that day. If you are delayed for the appointment due to unavailable reasons, a shorter treatment will be preferred in the time allocated to you. If the remaining time is not enough to complete any treatment, you will be given an appointment for another day.
For an appointment you will not be able to reach, make sure to call us at least 24 hours in advance.
Payment information Our treatment prices; The quality of the materials we use is determined by taking into consideration the hygienic environment and most importantly, our level of experience. Your entire mouth and teeth will be examined at your first appointment. If necessary, your x-ray will be taken. Your problems are identified and an appropriate treatment plan is recommended. If you wish, you will be informed about the estimated expenditure amount you will make in accordance with the recommended treatment plan. It is preferred that treatments such as cleaning, filling, shooting are completed in one session, should be paid on the day. For long-term and high-budget treatments, such as “whole oral rehabilitation”, each case has its own unique conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you discuss the fee and the related “payment plan” with us. It will be beneficial for our long-term and reliable relationship to be agreed on the payment plan before starting the treatment.
